For those that are willing/ready and want to upgrade to Windows 10 now, you can now schedule an appointment with us now to do this for you. We will not be doing this remotely due to connectivity issues during the upgrade process. Also, we want to make sure all of your data is backed up to and external source before we start the upgrade in case the upgrade fails.
There is a charge associated with us doing your Windows 10 upgrade as follows:
* For customers on a current “Basic” Remote Support Plan:
- $160.00 flat fee each computer (Includes pick up, return and setup)
* For customers on a current “Pro” Remote Support Plan:
- $125.00 flat fee each computer (Includes pick up, return and setup)
* For customers on a current “Business Class” Remote Support Plan:
- $125.00 flat fee each computer (Includes pick up, return and setup)
Go online and book and appointment today. We will come to you location and pick up your computer(s). Once we have your computer, we will back up all files, email accounts (Outlook, Windows Live Mail) before we start the Windows 10 upgrade. Once we have completed the Windows 10 upgrade we will download and install all applicable updates, configure Windows and setup/verify your email is working properly. Once the processes is complete we will then deliver and setup your computer in your home or business. Estimated time to complete the Windows 10 upgrade is between 2 to 3 business days. When your computer is ready we will contact you and schedule an appointment to return and setup your computer.
