Labor Rates for customers ”without” a Remote Support Plan:

   *  Remote Session:  $160.00 Flat Fee, per computer and at least 1-hour may be required to be paid in advance

   *  On-Site Visit (We Come to You):  $75.00 an hour, minimum 1-hour, NO Maximum (Capped)

Labor Rates and Discounts for our Remote Support Plan customers

   *  Remote Session:  Nothing additional, Remote Sessions are Included in each Remote Support Plan. 
      If we can fix it with a remote session then there is no additional cost. .

   *  On-Site Visit (We Come to You):

         *  Discounted labor rates when remote support will not fix problem and we have to come to your location to work on or pick up your computer(s) for repair or upgrades.

               *  Basic Remote Support Plan customers: 
                  $65 @ hour, minimum 1-hour, Maximum (Capped) $160 per incident (Some restrictions apply

               * Pro Remote Support Plan customers: 
                  $50 @ hour, minimum 1-hour, Maximum (Capped) $125 per incident (Some restrictions apply

               *  Business Class Remote Support Plan customers: 
                  $50 @ hour each addition hour, minimum 1-hour, Maximum (Capped) $125 per incident (Some restrictions apply)
